When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number. 

Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Please allow 4 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Handmade products may take an additional week to process.

Yes that is normal. The reason for that is because that is when it is traveling  overseas and going through customs which can take awhile. The shipping carrier cannot track an item that is traveling overseas until it has cleared customs. Once it has landed in your country and been cleared from customs, it will update again. 

We ship orders from our fulfillment centers, (Shanghai, China) by oversea mail service. After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. 

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfilment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, rest assured they are on the way.

LED Base: Set and Forget! This base automatically flows through several colors on its own and leaves a cool light effect on the ceiling. This base is powered with AA batteries.

Base and Remote: Flexibility and convenience at it’s finest! This base allows the choice of switching between several colors and lighting modes including brightness controls and light effects all powered through the click of a remote. The base is powered by AAA batteries.

Rotating Base: Display Piece! This base flows through several colors on its own. The switch can be toggled with just the lights and no rotation or toggled with lights and on and rotating. It can be used with an included USB cable or wirelessly with 3 AAA Batteries.

Our Poké Balls are the big version, 80mm in diameter. It is bigger than tennis or base balls but still fits perfectly in any sized hand. The Poké Chains are 30mm in diametar and are easily attachable to as any keychain!

We're unable to provide batteries the bases due to the shipping lines policies.

The engraving you see comes from a careful process guided by modern machinery and our small team of expert glassworkers who value precision and quality for your satisfaction.

The process starts by sourcing only the best k9 crystal. The raw k9 crystal is cut to shape and hand shaved to perfection.

Using only the latest laser technology, the crystal balls are struck with laser beams to create a pattern guided by our 3D modellers who spend many hours carefully drawing each Character. The engraving perfectly reflects every detail of your favourite character in such a way that light will be captured in the form of the character instead of passing on through the K9 Crystal.

It is then sanded by hand to form a smooth 80mm sphere and is finished off with a hand painted black ring, signature to the pokeball build. You will find that the K9 Crystal gives the ball a neat weight, shine and aesthetic quality that you just can’t get from standard glass products.
